DAY 1   |   ARRIVE QUITO, ECUADOR

Arrive Quito, high altitude, fascinating capital of Ecuador close to the equator. Met for transfer to your hotel in the Centro Historico (Old Town) area.

DAY 2   |   QUITO

A private morning tour is an excellent way to get your bearings. The city is a mix of old-world colonial charm and trendy modernity and the setting, high in the Andes, is spectacular. Afternoon free to wander the colourful lanes of Old Town.

DAY 3   |   QUITO TO THE GALAPAGOS ISLANDS

Domestic flight to the warm Galapagos ( they're in Ecuador too) and board the luxury yacht M/Y Grace for an exciting, inspiring 7 night cruise around these tropical islands. With dinner concluded relax on deck or in the jacuzzi perhaps.......after an eventful day its time to let the mind slip into neutral !

DAY 4-9   |   GALAPAGOS CRUISING

Cruise the Galapagos marine reserve and its islands experiencing wonderful bird and animal life as you go - attractions include the blue footed booby, giant tortoises, flamingos and iguanas. Take leisurely walks, see mangroves and lava fields, snorkel with playful sea lions and turtles.

DAY 10   |   GALAPAGOS ISLANDS TO QUITO

Complete your cruise of the islands and fly back to mainland Ecuador. You may disembark at  Guayaquil on the coast or continue to Quito to connect with your onward international flight.
